A: Your monthly plan includes a set number of "free" mail pieces. Any mail we process for you beyond that amount is charged a small per-piece fee based on its size. Our mail service is designed to be fair and sustainable. The small per-piece fees for mail beyond your monthly allowance go directly to our mail administrator as a commission for their careful work. This model allows us to offer industry-low monthly rates without sacrificing the quality and security of handling your important mail. Our admin is compensated with a flat stipend, use of an employee Plot, and these commissions. Ensuring your mail is handled by a dedicated, trusted professional who is invested in our community.

Q: What is a virtual notary session?

A: When you need a document notarized (like a power of attorney or contract), you can schedule a video call with our commissioned Notary Public. Using a secure online platform, they will check your photo ID, witness you sign the document and will then apply their official digital notary seal. It's fast, legal, and can be done from anywhere with an internet connection.

Q: How do I give you instructions on my mail?

A: It's simple! We will email you a scan of your mail as it arrives. You simply reply to that email with your instruction: "Open and scan," "Forward to me," "Shred it," or "Hold for 30 days."

Q: Is there a setup fee?

A: US law (USPS Form 1583) requires anyone receiving mail on your behalf to have a notarized form on file. We charge a one-time fee up to $60 to cover the cost of notarizing and processing this form if you do not have it notarized yourself.
